What is implementation?
Corporater recommends remote installation of software prior to any on-site implementation to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Installation can be managed by customer IT resources, or by Corporater service specialists.
Scorecard and dashboard elements and the organizational structure need to be defined within EPM Suite. This process consists of naming perspectives, objectives, and KPIs, as well as defining the details, such as the source data, frequency, and any charts, tables, or graphs. The advanced template system supports rapid configuration by reusing scorecard elements. A central library of metrics can be created for easy maintenance of large projects.
Corporater typically trains administrators and super users how to configure performance management models and scorecard structures. Customers generally perform the majority of configuration following the "on the job" training provided. Corporater recommends a minimum of one week of on-site training.
