Tor Inge’s career spans working for several companies - two of which have been key to his finding Corporater:
Statoil - an international energy company, where he held several key positions in the finance domain for over 12 years.
SAS Institute- largest independent vendor in the BI market, where Tor Inge spent a couple of years managing its performance management solution portfolio.
Having lived through the effects of IT-controlled performance management solutions, Tor Inge had a vision to create software that could be run by business users. Thus was born Corporater in the year 2000.

Arne Rannestad
Global Development ManagerArne Rannestad has the unique qualification of having been a customer of Corporater and in recent times a key member of the management team at Corporater. The then IT Manager responsible for the Balanced Scorecard practice at Stavanger council, Norway (Corporater’s second customer) Arne has seen the development of Corporater over the last 10 years as a customer. It is most appropriate that he is heading software development at Corporater now.
Arne has a collective experience spanning 25 years in information technology. Having been a teacher, advisor, consultant, IT manager, Arne has all-round experience in the IT domain.

Asbjorn Ellingsen
Global Sales DirectorAsbjørn’s sales and management experience spans over 15 years in the transportation and logistics domain. At Corporater he supervises sales activities globally, front ends key customer engagements and plays an active role in the regional partner recruitment and development initiatives.
Having been educated in the Norwegian Air Force Sergeant School, Asbjørn has served the Norwegian Air Force for several years as a key member in its training establishment.
Asbjørn heads the sales function for Corporater.

Vice President – International OperationsEric brings extensive practical experience in visualizing and communicating the performance management models of customers from a wide range of industries and disciplines.
Eric is a strategic contributor to product development and heads the international operations for Corporater.
Educated at Drake University, USA, Eric was employed at Boston Healthcare Systems for more than 14 years.

Guillermo Arana
Regional Manager – Latin AmericaGuillermo brings a rich combination of business development, marketing, product management and management consulting experience. He has been an independent consultant and internal adviser to consulting companies for many years in the areas of Strategic Planning and the Balanced Scorecard. He has also held senior positions selling and marketing a range of consumer products.
As Regional Manager for Latin American operations, Guillermo is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Jon Lenes
Vice President – North American OperationsJon brings a diverse background with 20 years in business and software consulting and sales. For 8 years he was an executive in financial strategy and business process for a financial services organization.
Jon brought his business expertise to the software industry, initially to help market financial software products. Later, he held field management positions in sales and consulting at Oracle Corporation. Following Oracle, Jon held executive and senior sales and consulting positions for many successful software start-up ventures throughout North America.
Jon currently liaisons with global teams at Corporater and is responsible for North American operations. He was educated at the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Finance and Psychology. He is based in Boston, Ma.

Global Consulting ManagerKari has extensive experience in project management, and has managed projects from a variety of areas including human resources, off-shore customer contracts, and IT services.
At Corporater, she is responsible for the implementation of the Corporater solution at customer locations.

Madhavan Gopalarathnam
Global Marketing ManagerMadhavan specializes in software product marketing and general management. Madhavan has held a variety of positions in sales, marketing and business development areas for newspaper, online media and software product companies for over 17 years.
Based out of Chennai, India, Madhavan manages regional operations for Corporater in Asia Pacific, Middle East and African regions, in addition to his core marketing role.
Madhavan graduated from University of Madras (India) and studied Marketing, Software Systems Management.

Ola Hausken
Global Services and Knowledge ManagerOla has been involved in several key customer implementations at Corporater. He joined Corporater in the year 2005 as Services Manager and since then has held many key positions heading areas such as Training, Projects, and Documentation.
Ola graduated in Information science from the University of Bergen.

Per Tjessem
Research ManagerPer is a senior member of the Corporater team. His experience spans over three decades in research, quality, process modeling and application development frameworks & architecture.
Per has been with Corporater for over 8 years heading research, development process and new technology initiatives.
Per holds Masters in Electrical Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Business Administration from Norwegian school of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
